FutureBooks access terms

Permission to use the tool

Better Process Ltd permits expressly authorised users to use FutureBooks for an agreed internal bookkeeping purpose. This permission covers use of the tool. It does not authorise public distribution or access to another organisation's accounts.

Scope and responsibility

The first pilot is limited to Better Process Ltd's authorised QuickBooks company. The prepared reader exposes company information, bill and invoice searches, and profit-and-loss reports. It provides no accounting write, payment or filing tools.

Users must keep credentials private, use only the approved company and records, and stop if the company identity or a result appears wrong. Important results and AI explanations must be checked against the source records. Access to a result does not authorise a financial action through another route.

Availability and ending access

This is an internal pilot. Features and availability may change. There is no public signup, paid subscription or promised service level. Better Process Ltd may suspend internal access. An authorised QuickBooks administrator can revoke the app connection. Earlier working records remain subject to the privacy notice and applicable retention duties.

Other rights and software

Intuit, QuickBooks and other third-party products remain subject to their providers' terms. Open-source components retain their own licences. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party software or exclude rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
