Authorisation

An approved operator completes the connection through Intuit's own OAuth authorisation flow. Intuit shows the app name, company and requested access before consent. Confirm the intended company and environment before agreeing.

The first live pilot will be for Better Process Ltd's UK accounts. Its production connection is not yet active. A fresh authorisation is also needed if a connection has been revoked or its refresh permission has expired.

Intuit's Accounting permission is broader than the four reads exposed by our prepared reader. Granting that provider permission is a separate decision from approving a bookkeeping task.
