FutureBooks

FutureBooks is Better Process Ltd's internal bookkeeping tool. It is being developed to make routine QuickBooks Online checks available to authorised operators and AI assistants without relying on a shared browser session.

The production connection is not active. Sandbox connection, refresh, disconnect and reconnect checks have passed using fake company data.

The first pilot

The first proposed live connection is to Better Process Ltd's own UK accounts. The prepared reader provides company information, bounded bill and invoice searches, and profit-and-loss reports. It exposes no tools for changing accounting entries, making payments or filing returns.

QuickBooks Online remains the accounting system of record. Operators must check significant results and AI-generated explanations against the source records before acting.
